The Lindy Group — Agg Tracking

A comprehensive aggregate inventory dashboard for tracking materials in and out across all Lindy Group sites.

Tabs Overview

📊

Dashboard

The main view with six chart cards. Material Totals shows net adjustment tons by material type as a bar chart. Materials In & Out displays inbound vs outbound tonnage over time. Trucking Tons by Vendor breaks down hauling volume by trucking vendor. Materials by Vendor shows material supplier breakdown. Hauling Detail provides a granular table of individual trucking records. Cross-Site Inventory Comparison compares the same material across multiple sites.

📋

Bin Levels

A visual gauge chart showing current inventory levels vs. max capacity for each material bin at the selected site. Color-coded bars indicate healthy (green), low/near reorder (gold), critical/below reorder (red), and over-capacity (olive). The orange dashed reorder line shows the minimum threshold. KPI cards show bins tracked, critically low, healthy, and over-capacity counts.

⚙

Bin Capacities

Read-only view of the max capacity and reorder (minimum) levels for each material at the selected site. Orange-highlighted rows indicate materials with no limit set. Bin capacities are maintained in the Notes database (the "Bin Capacities REST" view) and refresh with the rest of the live data; they're not editable from the dashboard.

How to Update the Data

1

Open Lotus Notes

Open Plant Aggregate Tracking in Lotus Notes. Go to Inventory Tickets → Select All by Site.

2

Export Trucking Data

Click More Options, set the field to Date, select is after, and use the end date shown in the Data Range at the top of this dashboard. Hit Search, then Ctrl+A to select all. Click Excel Reports → Dashboard. Once downloaded, remove any rows that do not have a Trucking Vendor listed, then copy and paste into the 2026 Agg Data file.

3

Export Inventory Data

Go to Inventory → Current → By Site. The date should already be set. Hit Search, then Ctrl+A. Click Excel Reports → Dashboard 2. Copy and paste the data to the bottom of the 2026 Agg Data Excel sheet.

4

Load into Dashboard

Save the Excel sheet. On this dashboard, click ↑ Upload and choose the 2026 Agg Data file. The dashboard is now up to date.

Using the Dashboard

1

Select a Site

Use the Site dropdown at the top of the page to choose which plant or location to view. All charts and data update automatically when you change sites. The dropdown lists every site with inventory data in the system.

2

Set the Date Range

Use the Start Date and End Date pickers to narrow the data to a specific time window. This filters the Materials In & Out chart, Trucking Tons, and Hauling Detail table. The default range starts at January 1, 2026.

3

Review Bin Capacities

Open the Bin Capacities tab to see the max capacity and reorder (min) values for each material at your site. These are maintained in the Notes database and drive the Bin Levels gauge chart. If a material is flagged "No limit set," ask the database admin to add or update the corresponding Bin Capacity document.

4

Review Bin Levels

Switch to the Bin Levels tab to see a visual snapshot of inventory health. Materials below their reorder line are flagged red. Use this to quickly identify which bins need replenishment.

5

Explore the Dashboard

Use the filter tags on each chart card to drill into specific materials or vendors. The Cross-Site Inventory Comparison at the bottom lets you compare the same material across all sites to identify surplus or shortage patterns.

Exporting & Printing

↓

Export Capacities to Excel

On the Bin Levels tab, click ↓ Export Capacities to download an Excel file containing every site's bin capacity settings — including current tons, max capacity, reorder line, fill percentage, and status (OK, Critical, Low, Over Capacity). This exports all sites at once, not just the currently selected one.

🖨

Print All Sites Bin Levels to PDF

On the Bin Levels tab, click Print All Sites to generate a printable report of every site that has capacity data configured. Each site gets its own landscape page with KPI cards and the gauge chart. The browser print dialog opens automatically — choose Save as PDF to create a PDF you can share with executives or attach to reports.

💾

Export Data

Use ↓ Export to download the raw inventory and trucking data as an Excel file.

Tips & Shortcuts

💡

Quick Tips

Filter tags on each chart card let you toggle specific materials or vendors on and off for focused analysis.
Cross-Site Comparison is especially useful for spotting transfer opportunities — move surplus material from one site to cover a shortage at another.
Capacity settings persist in your browser's localStorage, so they survive page refreshes. Back up important settings by noting them down.
The dashboard is self-contained — all inventory and trucking data is embedded in the HTML file. Updated data requires a new file export.
Hover over chart bars to see exact tonnage values and breakdowns in the tooltip.
